This option only applies to fit adjustment orders that do not have design adjustments. Please input your original order number (free fit adjustments are limited to one per original order). A refund will be sent for the lesser of the two orders minus any extras, such as edge and plate supports or patterns, joints, and footbeds for shoe lasts. If uncertain of fit, it is best to choose the option below for a mockup fitting model.
You have chosen to order a pair of 3D printed physical samples (select size and other options below). These are intended for businesses for evaluation purposes when considering whether or not to incorporate 3D printing into their workflow. The pair will be developed and 3D printed within the stated lead time and shipped to you. For help selecting a size, see this FAQ tip. Please make sure to read our order policies here.
You have chosen to order a parametric 3D model. It is intended to be used in the 3DShoemaker plugin within Rhinoceros 3D. It is a 3DM file that will be immediately available for download after purchase. In the case of cupsoles and shoes, these geometries are morphable rather than parametric.
You have selected to order a pair of bespoke 3D models (this is a digital product, not a physical product). They will be developed within the stated lead time and emailed to you as 3D models in stl file format. The price includes one round of revisions.
You have chosen to order a digital standard size 3D model (this is a digital product, not a physical product). Size and other options can be selected below. It will be developed within the stated lead time and emailed to you as a 3D model with stl file format. Included is a free fit adjustment via that order type selected above. If uncertain of fit, it is advisable to first choose the option for a mockup fitting model below (refundable).
Please note that any customizations will be based on US/UK size/width increments.

For our bespoke option, please choose below what kind of foot data you would like to provide to us.
Please upload the 3D models to the cloud (we prefer Google drive if possible), and provide links here.
Excepted examples include MyFeet.com, Volumental.com (please inquire for others).
Please fill out the following inputs by referring to our girth measurement and foot outline guides. Foot tracing should be scanned with a flatbed scanner or if not available then an app like TurboScan to scale and rectify a photo. The waist girths are optional and the ankle measurements are only necessary for boot lasts and feet with unusually low ankle bones. See this image to help determine arch height.

We only recommend casting for feet with significant abnormalities or deformities. When casting, we recommend STS fiberglass cast done by an experienced podorthist or equivalent. It should be done semi-weight bearing on a flat surface so that the foot posture is controlled.

We also recommend sending us a tracing done as explained here so we can cross check the measurements and shape. It's also helpful to send us pictures of the foot, particularly around any areas of concern.

After placing your order, please contact us regarding shipping to us.
Please upload scanned foot outlines (made following our guide) and any other images (jpg, png, pdf) that can aid us in developing your shoe lasts (including of any possible foot pathologies). Alternatively, images can be uploaded to the cloud and link input below.
