Note that while purchase of templates does come with basic support, it is only for getting the plugin installed and your first shoe last built. Hence if you require support for modifying shoe lasts, importing foot models, etc., you’ll need to purchase this support product.
Support is provided by email and response times are generally 1-2 business days. July and August response time may be longer, up to 1-2 weeks.
